The fridge broke down, the washing machine gave up for good and we dealt with a very sick dog. Unfortunately for our family we lost our dear pet Tess during emergency surgery. That just topped off a shit week. The family are all OK, even the kids but a pretty tough ride for everyone.

First up I need to make an apology. This episode sound quality is less than optimal, I was having a lot of trouble with bandwidth and the show suffered because of it. Basically I have been having issues for quite some time, the issue has been reviewed by the Telecommunications Ombudsman without any change. Although I can now say that my server has been allocated the title of “congested”. Quite frankly “no shit”. This issue is beyond my control and I am sorry we can’t deliver the optimal sound quality that your are used to. I have done the best I can, all I ask is that you suffer graciously with the rest of us until the issue is resolved, which could take some time.

But what I can say is welcome to 2011! In this episode we review some of the geeky goodness that we acquired over the Christmas break.

Just want to have a small gloat that we have achieved the AGP Holy Grail! Yes I too found it hard to believe. Sure it is a fraction over the hour mark but blame Herne for that, it is his music…

That aside, this is a massive week for the AGP as this show marks the biggest change to the AGP since before it was the AGP. So, want your feedback and suggestions!
